Teemu Surakka is a researcher at BIT Research Centre. He has worked in many research groups and applied research projects focusing on the introduction of disruptive innovations and the resulted changes in value networks. This way he has accumulated broad understanding of different industries and the value creation in them. His current research interests (PhD studies) lie in the value creation of knowledge intensive services in virtual worlds.
